National Nutrition Month: Healthy Eating Challenge!

Throughout this week, students will be collecting points for the Healthy Eating Challenge by eating foods that fall into the following categories:

  • Fruits
  • Dark Green Veggies
  • Red and Orange Veggies
  • Beans and Legumes
  • Starchy Veggies
  • Whole Grains

They can record the points they earn on the downloadable spreadsheet here. Additional information about the contest can be found on that link as well.

Please turn in your point sheets to Ms. Mobley on Friday, April 5th before Spring Break!
