Our bees have produced about 10 quarts of honey! It’s almost harvest time! Beekeeper Jon said he’ll need to harvest the honey offset because it gets REALLY messy but we’re hoping to tag along to get some photos. Start collecting your jars and we’ll have a student art contest for the labels soon too!
His inspection also showed that our bees are very active (even in the rain) which is a great sign. Next week, when he comes back we’ll add a second story to our current hive too!
