Preschool Lesson: Cool Weather Salad

South Jackson preschoolers today tore their kale, poured their olive oil, ground their salt, squeezed their lemon, dripped their honey, and broke off their broccoli to make their own cool weather salad all by themselves… All of them were brave enough to try something brand new and most of them even liked it!
