Family Day for Thanksgiving Lunch

This Thursday, November 20th the SPARK cafeteria will have their annual Family Day for Thanksgiving Lunch.

  • Broccoli Cheese and Rice Casserole
  • Cornbread Dressing
  • Sweet Potato Souffle
  • Southern Style Collard Greens
  • Baked Spiced Peaches
  • Freshly Baked Rolls
The fall harvest items on this menu are incredibly nutrient dense! One serving of broccoli has 220% of your daily value of Vitamin C, an antioxidant and tissue-builder; One serving of sweet potatoes has 377% of your daily value of Vitamin A, important to healthy vision; and one serving of collard greens has 858% of your daily value of Vitamin K, essential to your body’s blood clotting capabilities.
